In 2010, Cocktails & Caviar's event management sector was formed in order to assist our clients from A to Z with any event they require - no matter how big or small their event may be, or how tight / lavish

Our fully equipped mobile bars are designed with the latest in lighting technology and will be an integral part of your theme of choice. We can supply a full bar service and set up for you, whether it’s for thirty or three thousand guests. We also have a full team of service staff that will make your event a success. An added service that Cocktails & Caviar offers is that of providing all beverages on a consignment basis, which is advantageous when unsure of exact beverage quantity requirements, as we only charge for what has been consumed. Additionally Cocktails & Caviar will provide a team of trained barmen who will create fabulous cocktails, with finesse and charisma. Our experienced support staff ensures that every event runs smoothly as if it were “our own”.

Cash Bars
Cocktails & Caviar can assist and manage any cash bar operation. Our cash bar service includes organizing temporary liquor licenses, till systems, float requirements, cash handling services and back of house stock and cash monitoring systems. Our experienced management team operates with fool-proof systems in place, which are aimed at maximizing turnover and reducing your cost of sales. Please note all temporary liquor licenses require a lead-time of up to five weeks and that the final decision is made by the magistrate. Cocktail Bar
Our Cocktails Bars come with a full range of cocktail glasses and all utensils to create the best cocktails around, you may try our set cocktail menu or have one personalized and cocktails renamed and redesigned according to theme or occasion. Virgin bar
Our Virgin Bars we will create the best non alcoholic cocktails and smooth drinks around. Your guests will be so taken away with the taste and looks of our virgin drinks. Branded bars
Cocktails & Caviar bars can be used for promotions, exhibitions, sponsorships and events. Our bars can either be built for a singular brand or can be used for a series of brands. Once a bar has been manufactured, blend is able to include a service and maintenance agreement whereby we can store, transport, set up and strike all “owned bars”, as well as provide all of the staffing requirements for the bar, when in use.
