May is celebrated around the world as Chardonnay Month — or “Chardo-May” — culminating in International Chardonnay Day on Thursday, 21 May 2026.

At Olsen, Chardonnay holds a special place in our cellar, and we invite you to experience it with us at our Winemaker’s Table on Saturday, 23 May, hosted at our boutique cellar.

Our Chardonnay is a true expression of elegance: vibrant tropical fruit beautifully supported by 12 months in new French oak. The result is a wine layered with subtle butterscotch notes, a creamy texture, and a refined, balanced finish.

We also craft a Cap Classique from our estate Chardonnay — another stunning expression of this versatile grape, showcasing its finesse in sparkling form.🥂
