Late in the year 2000 Suretha Henn, now “Managing Director”, started Vin De Cap, a company focused on the w**e industry with only 6 staff members. What started out as a sole proprietor company is now, 13 years later, a (Pty) LTD Level 2 B-BBEE Company with over 100 permanent workers and more than 20 casuals on standby.In 2015 Suretha Henn established a workers trust consisting of 51% shares. This allows Vin De Cap employees benefits, as well as empowering them to not only be an employee, but part of the company. As a team they strive to expand the company, employ more staff, train and provide skills development to their current as well as new employees. Vin De Cap (Pty) LTD has built a strong clientele base with leading companies in the industry such as the likes of KWV, Distell & JC Le Roux.
