All the wheat from the valley was milled on the farm. At that stage there were hundreds of mills all over the country. In Oct. 2003 Christo and his wife Doret Spies, changed the old building into an a la carte Restaurant, with 12 -4 star rooms next to the Restaurant. OUR A la carte RESTAURANT TIMES:
- Monday - Sunday: 16:00 - 22:00 ( breakfast available 08:00-9:30, please reserve, reservations for
breakfast only), and open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 - 22:00,
-Monday - Sunday (Open from 08:00 -22:00 on long weekends & holidays)
-Sunday lunch specials
-Christmas Day: Open from 16:00 (Not open during the day)
