END OF AN ERA – TIMEOUT SPORTS BAR KYALAMI
After 12 incredible years, the time has come for us to close this chapter.
30 May 2026 will be the final operating day of TimeOut Sports Bar Kyalami.
Over the years, TimeOut became far more than just a sports bar. It became the home of some of the biggest pool tournaments ever hosted on the African continent. We proudly staged self-funded events with prize money of R250,000 and R500,000, without sponsors, setting a benchmark that was never matched. We built leagues, developed players, created champions, and brought together a community that shared a passion for the game.
What was achieved at TimeOut was truly special. An entire generation of pool players and enthusiasts called this venue home. The memories, friendships, rivalries, celebrations, and unforgettable moments created here can never be taken away.
As we prepare to close our doors, we would like to invite everyone who has been part of this journey to join us for one final tribute.
