An evening worth savouring.
Sunbird Restaurant welcomed guests to an extraordinary Wine & Dine experience last week - featuring the culinary artistry of our Signature Chef Scott Hendrie paired with the exceptional wines of De Grendel.
From the delicate Caprese Bruschetta paired with De Grendel MCC, to Phyllo-wrapped Prawns with De Grendel Chardonnay, a showstopping Dukkha Crusted Ostrich Fillet alongside the Op Die Berg Merlot, and an Apple Poached Pear with Cinnamon Meringue to close. Perfection on a plate, from start to finish.
