The Forest Forge at Embers by Warren Watch this space as something new is coming soon We are a family run restaurant that endeavors to support local as much as possible.

We opened the Smokehouse in Durban in November 2020 during Covid after losing everything. In July 2022 we made the move to Nelspruit and started the process of opening the Smokehouse there. Our doors opened on 3 December 2022, and we don't regret it. We are one of 4 Smokehouses in the country but the only one who specializes in what we do. We cater to meat eaters and Vegans alike. We take pride in

all that we do, and everything is made from scratch. Please be advised that we are not a fast-food outlet, we are a low & slow dining establishment and great food takes time to prepare. If possible, please try and make a reservation especially on a Saturday and a Sunday. We are able to do private functions like kid's birthday parties, kitchen teas, baby showers, bulls parties as well as corporate functions. The possibilities are endless. Pull into Old Quarry Smokehouse where you will not be disappointed.

Missing Teenager: Bothas Hills - KZN

Public assistance is required to locate 18 year old Amahle Mtembu (pictured).

Mthembu is a resident of Embo in Bothas Hill - KZN. On Saturday (22/02/2025), she attended the funeral of a fellow scholar. Her educators confirmed her attendance, but the teenager did not return home. She was allegedly seen with a friend later that afternoon and on Sunday in an area known KwaNyuswa Moonlight. Mthembu is a 10 pupil at Siyajabula High School.
