We like January for because it’s a good time to re-align and reflect, and also because we brew with honey gathered in Ziziphus veld. Yes, the ziziphus with zig-zag nodes featuring one recurved (back facing) and one forward-pointing thorn. Same symbolism as the Romans’ god, but sourced right here in our landscape, our culture. Drink less, drink better! 🍻
