The finest selection of Cape crafted local beers on tap or bottle, world class cocktails hand crafted with precision and dedication to attain the finest balance of infused flavours with enough punch to get your create juices flowing. A food art created by the masters in Japan inherited by the west, Chef Biao works timelessly to ensure those ancient techniques and methods are fulfilled.
