People always ask about the baboons always around my place. We have an understanding. Take a few grenadellas and move on. It’s the peacocks that have boundary issues. Every time I turn my back they eat my meals. They are meant to clean the kitchen when I’m done.

I was going to post. Please don’t poke the little art stuff you see here. I was so annoyed when I saw that some of the little figures and bee’s were missing. Then this morning I saw Disco Dave (one of the Peacocks) on the counter pecking them off. Idiot thinks they are bugs.

Round 2. Another 5 hours in the dentist’s chair. So far 18 teeth fixed. Yip so far. Going back in next Tues. we almost done thank goodness. This is not a pleasant experience but well worth it.

Nice turnout. Managed to do around 75 lunches. Even had a drive up counter in the rain. You’re all welcome.

I realized my place is quite far away from the flooded section for my offer of people using my kitchens and showers. So. I’ll take my kitchen to them. Bent Head free pop up kitchen will be in Malgas tomorrow serving a lekka hot lunch. Lunch will be ready from 11am until I run out of food. There will also be oranges and free ice cold cool drinks and water. Everyone from all 6 wards are welcome to come chill and have a lekka boerie and onion roll. I’ll be set up near the Living the Breede River office. Please spread the word. I have 110 lunches. There will be music and karaoke.
