The Franschhoek Lions Club, in support of other Lions Clubs in our District, has joined forces in supporting the children's home in Tulbagh. They are under severe financial stress and without government funding facing dire straits.

We are looking for any old used linen, towels, blankets, and pillows. Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

MARSHMALLOW TERT MET PYNAPPEL



1 blik kondensmelk
125ml suurlemoensap
250ml room styfgeklits
25 marshmallows in stukkies gesny
1blik (410g) pynappelstukke gedreineer
1 pak tennis biskuitjies
125ml gesmelte botter

Maak die koekies fyn en meng met die gesmelte botter en lê ‘n gesmeerde tertbak uit, verkoel.
Meng die kondensmelk en suurlemoensap tot dik. Voeg die pynappels en marshmallows by en meng, vou die styfgeklitste room in. Gooi in tertkors en laat ten minste 3 ure verkoel en stol.
