Today's new sauce introduction is actually an old favourite for many of our regulars... 💚

Meet The Green Sauce – our Hot Dill Jalapeño Sauce!

If you've ever had our wings, you'll know this one is something special.

One thing we believe in at Binary Brew Worx is not wasting anything. This sauce was born from exactly that philosophy. Every time we make the dill pickles for our famous Cubano, we're left with litres of incredibly flavourful pickle brine. Instead of pouring it down the drain, we started wondering...

"What if this became a wing sauce?"

A few jalapeños, a little experimenting, and the idea of serving multi-coloured hot wings later... The Green Sauce was born!

Tangy, dilly, with just the right amount of heat—it's one of our absolute favourite wing sauces.

Limited bottles are available for sale, but don't worry... we've made plenty for our famous Green Wings this weekend!

Come hungry... and don't be surprised if green becomes your new favourite colour.

It has been a while since I've created a new sauce. Winter fruit just isn't the best for making hot sauces... but there's a first time for everything!

A few weeks ago I was gifted 150 kg of lemons. 🍋

First, I tried making candied lemons. Let's just say it turned my kitchen into a disaster zone, and after all that effort, I wasn't convinced it was worth it. (There will be a few tasters available this weekend if you're curious!)

Next up was a traditional Indian Hot Lemon Pickle. I filled container after container... and somehow I still had mountains of lemons left!

So I grabbed a pile of oranges and decided to make marmalade. As it was nearly finished, I tasted it and thought...

"It's missing something."

One kilogram of jalapeños went in.

Tasted it...

Better... but not quite there.

Another kilogram.

Still not enough.

Then another kilogram!

And that's how a simple marmalade accidentally evolved into an incredibly addictive sweet, sticky, spicy wing sauce.

It's absolutely amazing drizzled over chicken wings... YES, you can order Marmalade Wings at Binary Brew Worx this weekend! 😋
