This is definitely not the service I received. . Gear box centre fixed my car last week which was charged at 6900 which was 2000 more than another provider. I trusted good workmanship therefore and went ahead with the 6900 quote. I found that there was something wrong as it felt as though something was moving under the car by the pedals. Upon phoning in, Afzal said I should come straight there in the morning and he will get his guys to check it out immediately for me. Upon arrival after reminding him of his promise, he just screamed at me in his reception area pointing a finger and telling me I'm disrespectful because I challenged what he actually told me. This was in front of 3 staff and a senior manager of the place.
I find this practice totally uncouth and barbaric and I choose never to deal with Gearbox center and I'm sure when I tell the rest of the world what happened they may feel the same way too. The person Afzal should never be working with clients because he has no way of talking to people. He should be put at the back to do quotes for the interest of new clients and customer service. Thank you to Dan at Gearbox Centre for going out of your way to check in the issue.
