It's time to start introducing this year's judges! We decided to kick off once again with the guy that kicked off the competition - Shawn Duthie!
Originally from Canada, Shawn settled in SA and was integral in Cape Town's homebrewing scene in the 2010s. He conceptualised the African Beer Cup in 2018, including our unique double judging system, but these days when it comes to beer things, he is perhaps best known as being Lucy Corne's husband... 😜
