9 years. Countless beers. Still standing. 🍻

On Friday 29 May from 3PM, we’re throwing a birthday bash at the taproom and bringing back a proper Shackleton favourite: The Giant Petrel.

A dark, brooding porter inspired by the massive Antarctic seabird known to sailors as both scavenger and sentinel. An omen to some. A symbol of endurance to others. Just like Shackleton’s crew, it survived Antarctica. So naturally, we turned it into a beer.

Join us at the Taproom this Friday, 29 May from 3 pm as we celebrate another year of good beer and questionable decisions.

We’re also bringing back a fan favourite: Giant Petrel. Expect cocoa, biscuit, caramel and vanilla notes, rich, dark, and dangerously easy to drink.
