Our Bar Manager has been with us since day 1 - before our bar was even complete. He made our first Aperol Spritzes outside our unfinished shop before we opened. Known for his love of Dancehall, reggae (claims he’s a DJ 👀), Chelsea Football Club, his baby boy (Jammie) & of course, his love for making and drinking quality cocktails…Shiiiiiiii 🔥
