April Larson Bootcamp & "Beat the Pro" Wrap-Up
What an absolute privilege it was to host American pool royalty at the club! 🇺🇸🎱✨

Last Saturday, April Larson ("The Grinder") took over Sessions Bellville for an exclusive, high-impact Pool Bootcamp. From mastering core fundamentals to elite shot selection and professional training insights, everyone who attended walked away with a completely elevated game.

The energy didn't stop there. Right after the bootcamp, April stuck around for our highly anticipated "Beat the Pro" challenge! Our local players stepped up to the blue baize to go head-to-head in a frame against the world number 10. The atmosphere was incredible, the pressure was on, and a massive shoutout to everyone brave enough to challenge a champion!

Heyball Season 2 Finals Highlights
The grand finale did not disappoint! 🏆🎱🔥

Last Saturday, the absolute best on the felt collided for the Heyball Season 2 League Playoffs. We brought together the top qualifiers and wild cards to battle it out for the ultimate crown. The standard of play was top drawer, with some excellent potting on display by all.
The Results:
Quarter-finals: Marnitz Hawkes def. Veronique Niekerk (5-1)
Craig Bouwer def. Gavin Van Kradenburgh (5-0)
Tauriq Samsodien def. Suzette Booyens (5-2)
Jamiel Jacobs def. Ashraaf Haribhai (5-0)

Semi-finals:
Marnitz Hawkes def. Craig Bouwer (5-2)
Jamiel Jacobs def. Tauriq Samsodien (5-3)

The Final:
Marnitz Hawkes secured the title in a well fought race to 7, defeating Jamiel Jacobs (7-4).

Huge congratulations to Marnitz Hawkes for a clinical display and taking home the 1st place championship trophy! 🥇👏
