BLACKSTRAP CRAFT DISTILLERY

Small batch distilled right here at Lifestyle Centre Ballito, Blackstrap Craft Distillery’s artisanal products pay homage to this region’s rich history of sugarcane farming, with locally sourced Blackstrap molasses serving as the base material for the distillery’s fermentations & alcohol products. The first product released by the distillery, GINSALA, is an East Coast inspired craft gin, representing the bold flavours of the region’s Indian Cuisine by delicately balancing the key ingredients found in a Masala Spice blend and the traditional accents of Juniper berries, resulting in a truly unique flavour profile. Every bottle is filled, corked, wax sealed, labelled and numbered by hand.
