Mo’Cafe took a week long break after we decided to professionalise our operations. This was as a result of our guests’ loud voice shunning poor service, long waiting times for orders and unpleasant treatment from our staff.

We heard the message very clearly and engaged in an intensive recruitment which culminated into the appointment of our new professional team led by the following:
1. Sly Mashaba - Chef
2. Fikile Cawu - Assistant Chef

Our vision will never be deterred and our commitment to excellent customer service will thrive amidst temporarily challenges.
