**A Special Announcement**

For the last 10+ years, our familia has focused on chasing the dream of brewing beer, growing hops, and raising goats, all the while creating an environment where we can live a life full of simple pleasures. At the time, opening a farm-to-tap brewery in the middle of the Sierra Nevada foothills, was either brilliant or insane (jury is still out, ha)! After converting our big red barn on the 11acre+ farm into a full commercial building, planting two distinct all natural and sustainable hop yards, and buying our first dairy goats, GoatHouse Brewing opened in 2013. Since Day 1, GoatHouse has exponentially exceeded our wildest dreams and has long since become more than a business plan to execute on, but a community. In 2018 GoatHouse was ranked the 2nd Fastest Growing Brewery in the Nation, and during 2020 we brewed more beer than any year to date — the GH community is a thirsty and supportive force to be reckoned with!

Over the past few years our family’s needs have begun to change, and it is with bittersweet hearts that we are ready to move on to the next chapter of our lives. We’ve been blessed to share our lives with so many incredible people, many of whom have become friends and family. Because we’ve never fit into the stereotypical box, we are asking the GH community to help us find the next shepherd/dreamer/entrepreneur to take the reins. There is SO much of the dream yet to be realized, business is thriving, the community is strong, and even more possibilities are on the horizon with canning and events.
