Vanwest 2025 📌
It is with deepest sadness that we have to announce the show for 2025 will not be going ahead at Taunton Racecourse.
The team here at Vanwest have not taken this decision lightly however the rising costs and increased requirements for events mean this cannot continue in its current format.
The Vanwest team have always been a family organisation, we all have day jobs and this show was never meant to be an income full-time. It does however have to pay for itself and since the changes in the landscape due to covid 19, this has been a significant struggle often meaning the team worked long hours for free. As you can imagine the time and effort to ensure your weekend is safe and fun is considerable and this has always been our primary objective. We are taking this time off to look at what the festival scene looks like and explore options for the future.
Vanwest Chill Out will still be going ahead on 29th - 31st Aug.
It only leaves us to say we are truly gutted we have had to make this decision. We are all VW festival nutters through and through and it is very upsetting we won't be putting on our party for you as planned.
We wish you all a happy holiday season and hope to see many of you at other festivals next year.
