I think this time is the case for serious reflection, Chateau Chaval Blanc and Ausone symbols of bordeaux saint emilion Grand Cru Classe Appellation, both Grand cru Class "A", come out of the saint emilion Grand Cru classification as they do not share the attribution criteria, which limit the role related to wine and terroir parameters to address to them as receptive or social networks, a really heavy choice but I fully agree with it, to send a signal to the market and to the world of wine
Coup de tonnerre à Saint-Émilion : les deux Premiers Grands Crus Classés 'A' historiques de l'appellation, Château Cheval Blanc et Château Ausone, ont décidé de ne pas déposer de dossier de candidature au prochain classement, qui doit voir le jour en 2022.
