Our local butcher Mr. B has made us his proper 10-inch handmade sausage, cooked just for us and you won’t find it anywhere else on the island.

Served in a soft roll with caramelised onions, with mustard or ketchup if you like it loaded.

Christmas Day Community Dinner – Update ✨

We’ve been incredibly grateful for the generosity shown so far. Thanks to your donations, we’re all set and very much looking forward to delivering Christmas dinners on Christmas Day ❤️

If you know of anyone who may still enjoy a Christmas dinner — a friend, neighbour, family member, or someone who might quietly appreciate a helping hand — please do let me know.

Just a very quick note to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported our Christmas meals and resources so far 💛🌟 Your response has been incredible and we are so pleased to have heard from all of you.

We've had a busy weekend at the restaurant hosting for Scillonian Trading Christmas party and want to say a massive thank you to them as they have more than kindly made a generous donation towards Christmas Day for our community 🙏🏻❤️

I’m still busy working my way through contacting people personally — if you haven’t heard from me yet, you definitely haven’t been forgotten.

Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and support. It truly means the world. 🎄✨

Huge Thank You From Tight Lines 🎄

We just want to say the biggest thank you for the incredible response to our Community Christmas Dinner announcement yesterday. We're honestly overwhelmed.

In less than 24 hours, we have received over 100 messages from our wonderful island community. Your kindness, support and encouragement mean so much.

Thanks to your generosity, we have already received £360 in donations, which guarantees 18 people a lovely Christmas dinner this year. ❤️ Thank you also Wayne and the Co-op team for committing to supporting us too.

Over the next few days, I’ll be doing my best to gather the names of anyone who would benefit from a meal, so please continue to reach out to friends, neighbours & family if you know someone who needs a meal but isn't on Facebook, let us know.

I also want to say a very special thank you to those who have offered to help with deliveries — especially the families whose children want to take part and dress up as elves to make it more Christmassy. What a beautiful way for them to share community, kindness and the true spirit of Christmas. 🎁✨

This is what makes Scilly so special.
