Can rent just the Room and the house $350 Canadian, Or can add a motor bike for a monthly rental of just $350, semi automatic so easy to drive and great for going around the city on! DO need a Canadian license but bike is road legal!
If landing in Cebu on the 3rd of Dec or early morning of the 4th I can meet personally to give keys, or can have someone give them to you if arriving after I'm gone. Can also just do 30-40 days and we can pro-rate it.
