It's been a long time since I posted, but I've got some exciting news to share. Had a chance to get down to Long Beach last month and check out former Harajuku Taproom team member Greg Beck's new sake shop called Sake Secret. As you can see from the photos, it's "Coming Soon" and almost done.
Get ready for a great new store for picking up your favorite sakes or discovering new ones. The store has a tasting counter, so you can enjoy a taste (or two) before you buy.

Tickets for the 23rd Annual US Sumo Open on May 20th go on Sale Monday (3/20). See following link for details. Hope to see a lot of folks there.

Happy Friday everyone. Just a reminder that the Spring Sumo Tournament, the Osaka Basho, is starting up this Sunday (Saturday night our time). If you get NHK, you can probably watch live or view the digest the next day.
