Our Pulpo a la Gallega is a tribute to Spanish traditions. We take the freshest local octopus—caught right here in the Nha Trang sea—and prepare it the traditional way: tender, sliced thin, and served over a bed of buttery potatoes. Finished with a generous drizzle of Spanish EVOO and a bold dusting of smoked paprika.

Món Pulpo a la Gallega của nhà Lola chính là lời tri ân gửi đến những truyền thống của Tây Ban Nha. Chúng tôi chọn những con bạch tuộc tươi nhất — vừa được đánh bắt tại biển Nha Trang — và chế biến theo cách truyền thống: thịt mềm ngọt, thái lát mỏng, đặt trên lớp khoai tây thơm ngậy vị bơ. Từ tuần sau, Lola Tapería xin phép chuyển sang lịch hoạt động 6 ngày trong tuần để phục vụ bạn được chu đáo nhất. Nhà hàng sẽ đóng cửa vào mỗi Thứ Hai hàng tuần để nạp lại năng lượng, sẵn sàng mang đến cho bạn những trải nghiệm ẩm thực Tây Ban Nha đầy cảm hứng.
