Two years ago, on 20 September 2024, we opened our doors for the first time.

Since then, this villa has seen long lunches, quiet dinners, more bottles than we care to count, and plenty of familiar faces returning to the table.

Some things have changed along the way. Others have stayed exactly where we like them, good food on the table, w**e in the glass, and time to enjoy both.

We are back from a short seaside break with our teams from across Lim Hospitality Group.

Two days of activities, shared meals and plenty of laughter gave everyone time together beyond the usual rhythm of the restaurant, with Sum Vแบงy joining the annual trip for the first time.
