We started as a modern gallery with a bohemian bar/cafe in Hanoi. That was ten years ago. Lots of ups and down, but we’ve become somewhat of an institution in the capital city. Our passion is undiminished: we thought hard about applying what we’ve learned to another place. But Hoi An is irresistible. So far, our sushi & ramen bar is attracting both locals and visitors from around the world, and we will not stop searching for better whiskies and gins, whether from Tokyo or London. Savouring a good book and a cappucino in our courtyard, engaging friends in late night exchanges over a peaty Yamazaki, or a Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape with Barcelona truffles... come be seduced. Come drink, feel the wind, listen to Anouar Brahem and Elgar. Come be Tadioto.
