Our Devil’s Kiss is a little wicked, a little indulgent. Rum meets strawberry and kumquat for a bright, tangy base, layered with chocolate and a hint of chili for a slow, lingering heat. Smooth, bold, and just a touch devilishly delicious. 😈🍓🍫🌶️

Fresh fish arrives at our kitchen straight from the hands of local fishermen, bringing the sea’s bounty to our door. Recently, we received this beautiful giant yellowfin tuna, a catch that reminds us how fortunate we are to work so closely with the waters around Hội An. 🌊

In our kitchen, nothing goes to waste. Each part of the fish is thoughtfully used, from carefully dry-aging select cuts to preparing fresh dishes for our guests. The head and bones go into rich stews and soups for our staff meals, making sure the whole fish is honoured. 🐟✨

We’re deeply grateful for the sea’s abundant harvest and for the fishermen who bring it to us. 💛
