We don't buy our buns, and we definitely don't rush our meat. Say hello to our Char Siu Bun!

We spend an hour braising this Hong Kong style char siu in a glorious bath of honey, garlic, and coriander until it's deeply red and incredibly juicy. Then we tuck it into our homemade mantou buns. It’s so small and cute you can finish it in two bites, which basically means calories don't count, right?

At Saime, we are absolutely obsessed with creating unforgettable flavors. Coco Toast is our love letter to Vietnamese street food culture.

We put so much love into making our homemade coconut ice cream, and pairing it with a cinnamon-spiced, cream-soaked bánh mì toast was the best decision we’ve ever made. Every bite is soft, fragrant, and perfectly balanced with the crunch of roasted peanuts.

We named this dish Creamy Dreamy because calling it "The Most Smooth, Melt-In-Your-Mouth, Culinary Masterpiece Ever Created" felt a bit wordy.

It’s a beautiful fusion of traditional Vietnamese slow-braised pork with bamboo shoots (Thịt Kho Măng) sitting on a cloud of buttery smashed potatoes. It’s rich, it's cozy, and it’s the ultimate food hug.
