Recorded in one-take Washington, D.C.'s oldest jazz supper club (established 1965) located in a historic Georgetown carriage house.
By performance time, Eva was fighting a cold. “My voice is a little raspy,” she told the audience, “but we’re gonna do the best we can with what we have.” Even on a bad night, Eva Cassidy was extraordinary. The audio and video recordings made that winter evening would soon make history.
