Âm nhạc hòa vào trải nghiệm một cách tự nhiên, song hành cùng ẩm thực và những cuộc trò chuyện để tạo nên một tối Thứ Sáu rất riêng tại The Albion.

Tối ngày 28.08, vùng Piemonte sẽ không chỉ hiện diện trong từng ly vang, mà còn được kể lại qua thực đơn riêng do đội ngũ bếp The Albion sáng tạo.

Hành trình được xây dựng theo một nhịp chuyển vị có chủ đích: bắt đầu với hương vị thanh nhẹ với món “Flower Crab”, dần mở rộng về kết cấu và chiều sâu qua nấm Maitake, trước khi đạt đến điểm nhấn với món chính bò Wagyu kết hợp cùng rượu Barolo DOCG 2019. Mỗi món ăn đều được tinh chọn để làm nổi bật một sắc thái khác của Piemonte qua tinh thần ẩm thực Anh Quốc đương đại.

Khi những dư vị cuối cùng khép lại, Jazz Night sẽ tiếp nối bằng những giai điệu sống động, hoàn thiện trải nghiệm rượu vang, ẩm thực và âm nhạc chỉ diễn ra trong một đêm tại The Albion.

On 28 August, Piemonte will be experienced not only through the wines in each glass, but through a bespoke menu created by The Albion’s culinary team.

The journey unfolds with a deliberate progression – from delicate beginnings to greater depth and structure – before reaching its highlight with Wagyu Striploin paired with Barolo DOCG 2019. Each course is thoughtfully composed to reveal a different expression of Piemonte through the lens of contemporary British cuisine.

As the final flavours linger, Jazz Night will carry the evening forward with vibrant live melodies, completing a one-night experience of wine, cuisine and music at The Albion.

Đồng hành cùng Chef Christopher Clarke, Chef Kirk giới thiệu thực đơn được sáng tạo riêng cho sự kiện, với Kaviari Caviar trở thành sợi dây kết nối xuyên suốt từng món ăn, mở ra những tầng hương vị và kết cấu đầy tinh tế. The Caviar Dinner marked Chef Kirk Westaway’s heartfelt return to The Albion. Together with Chef Christopher Clarke, Chef Kirk presented a menu created exclusively for the occasion, with Kaviari Caviar weaving through each course and revealing refined layers of flavour and texture. Thoughtfully selected wines by guest Sommelier Huy Nguyễn, accompanied by gentle jazz melodies, brought the experience beautifully together last Friday evening.

The dinner may have drawn to a close, yet the lingering notes of exquisite flavours, soulful music and shared moments continue to resonate at The Albion.

Từ những cảm hứng quen thuộc của ẩm thực Anh đến hải sản tinh tuyển, bò Wagyu và món ngọt cuối bữa, mỗi chương đều thể hiện tinh thần “Tái tạo phong cách ẩm thực Anh” qua sự cân bằng giữa hương vị, kết cấu và kỹ thuật.
