Spain is a Journey of Senses

May you come hungry, eat plenty, drink perhaps a bit too much and always enjoy the experience.

Inspired by the tapas tradition and its ability to bring people together, Ria was created out of a passion for Spanish food, drinks and culture. Our aim is to be rooted in tradition, heavily influenced by global cuisine with sustainable local market driven fare.

Our Spanish Chef, Sergio Nieto Garcés, brings big ideas to small food in our kitchen every day. Gastronomy is in his blood, he was very young when he had his first contact with the kitchen, in his family restaurant, and learnt the classic recipes from his grandfather. Years later he specialized in the modern Spanish cuisine working with the prestigious chef Martín Berasategui (chef with the highest number of Michelin Stars in Spain and 4th in the world). Thanks to his background he proudly combines tradition and vanguard.

The beverage program features a flavor pairing of regional fruits with corresponding grape varietals to create a Sangria menu unlike any other. Our eclectic cocktails and carefully curated wine list will ensure for an option to tease and please your taste buds.
