Renkon’s Executive Chef Curtis Demyon’s can’t stand the lock-down anymore and wanted to have some fun in the kitchen.

He wanted to share some of the tastes of his childhood with us.

Curtis grew up in a mid-west Canadian city where 80% of the residents are of Ukrainian decent including his own family… Needless to say, Chef knows a few things about the food, the farm fresh produce and meats.
The inspiration and recipes for this menu came directly from his grandmother or ‘Baba’ as they say in Ukranian.

Here are a few of Chef’s traditional childhood dishes, food that his family enjoyed in their home. Chef has prepared this artisanal menu in hopes that you and your families will create some great memories with this unique comfort food. Enjoy!
