Here, the sake produced, aptly known as "otoko-sake" or "male sake," delights the palate with its robust, dry, and powerful flavor.

Behind the enduring fame of Nada's sake since the Edo period stands the illustrious Tanba Tōji guild. As one of the three major Tōji guilds, it has played a pivotal role in the art of sake brewing.
