It’s been a rollercoaster week at Little Bear.

Happy Birthday to Long.
Good to see Trường, one of our old members, coming back with his handmade gift and milk tea treats.
Welcome back to our Sous Chef Bảo Duy from Seoul.
And bittersweet to see Bếp Boy leaving us after a year holding down the fire at LB - salute, brother, wishing you nothing but the best ahead.

At Little Bear, we are a growing family. People come, leave, and sometimes return again.
It’s hard to describe with words, but what I feel for all of you is something truly sacred and deeply meaningful.

Every one of your appearances, efforts, and energy keeps motivating me to build this place better every single day.
No matter what happens, this place will always be your home too, guys.

And one more thing, never hesitate to share your weakness, sadness, anger, or frustration.
The more you keep everything inside your head, the heavier it becomes and the more it slowly pulls you down.

We might argue sometimes, get frustrated with each other, or see things differently, but at the end of the day we are still one team, one family, moving forward together.

LAST WEEK’S RECAP AT LITTLE BEAR 👀🐻

- We’ve got a new door and yes, it’s a pretty one. Come by and check it out ✨
- Saigon just had its first rain of the season… looks like the rainy days are coming 🌧️
- Our bears have also been taking turns exploring new kitchens with .baoduy__ heading to Seoul for a few weeks, while Long has been up in the mountains of Chiang Rai, discovering new ideas and experiences to bring back home.
- And as always, market runs, ingredient hunting, long service nights.
Simple things, but the kind we enjoy the most.

A special trip for the bears cooking, sharing, and spending time in a new kitchen with people who love food just as much as we do.

From market visits to late meals after service, every moment felt simple but meaningful. New flavors, new culture, and new connections - all reminding us why we love what we do.

Big thanks to , , Chef Yoonho Choi and the whole Sate team, and to everyone who joined us.

Here’s to going further, stronger, and more connected.

Một chuyến đi thật đặc biệt của nhà Gấu - được đứng bếp, được chia sẻ và gặp gỡ những người cùng đam mê với ẩm thực.

Từ những buổi đi chợ, đến những bữa ăn sau giờ service, mọi thứ đều rất giản dị nhưng đáng nhớ. Thêm hương vị mới, thêm trải nghiệm mới và thêm những kết nối mới để tụi mình càng yêu hơn hành trình này.

You see us smiling, having fun.
But away from the spotlight, it’s hours of work, not just physical, but mental too.

We do get tired sometimes, just not during service. Because when it matters, we show up.

We do get mad at each other sometimes, argue over things, even fight over conversations. But in the end, we sort it out and get back on track.

And in between, there are small quiet moments, a bit of peace, a bit of calm.

Really grateful for the team. For the energy they put into their craft, and the way they take care of our guests.

And a little moment to say - happy birthday to our Restaurant Manager, Huy Beo 🐻🎂 Thank you for holding everything together, always.

Bạn thấy tụi mình cười nói, vui vẻ. Nhưng phía sau đó là rất nhiều giờ làm việc, không chỉ về thể chất mà còn về tinh thần.

Tụi mình cũng có lúc mệt, chỉ là không phải lúc đang service. Vì khi cần, tụi mình luôn có mặt.

Tụi mình đôi khi cũng giận nhau, tranh cãi về mọi thứ, thậm chí cãi nhau về những chuyện nhỏ xíu. Nhưng cuối cùng, tụi mình cũng giải quyết với nhau và quay lại công việc.

Và giữa những khoảng đó, luôn có những phút giây nhẹ nhàng tụi mình dành cho nhau, quan sát và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau.

Biết ơn thật nhiều vì team. Vì năng lượng mọi người đặt vào công việc, và cách mọi người chăm sóc từng vị khách.

Và một lời chúc mừng sinh nhật gửi đến Restaurant Manager của tụi mình, Huy Beo 🐻🎂 Cảm ơn vì nhờ Huy mà mọi thứ được gắn kết với nhau.

What a night 🐻🍻

Big love to Chef Kenji and the whole .ca squad for bringing so much energy, laughter, and good vibes into our kitchen. It truly felt like one big table, full of friends.

So many laughs, so many “dzô!”, and so many moments we wish we could replay again.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came by - you made the night what it was.

Still smiling but already missing it 👀✨

Cảm ơn Chef Kenji và cả team .ca đã mang đến thật nhiều năng lượng, tiếng cười và những khoảnh khắc rất đáng nhớ trong căn bếp nhà Gấu. Cảm giác như tất cả cùng ngồi chung một bàn, rất gần gũi và thân tình.

Rất nhiều tiếng cười, rất nhiều “dzô!” và rất nhiều niềm vui còn đọng lại.
