WHERE NIKKEI STORIES FIRST UNFOLDED

Nikura and Pisco Hana officially made their first debut with media and press - unveiling a new Nikkei destination in the heart of the city through an immersive evening of flavours, artistry, and connection.

The experience began with a special Gyotaku workshop, setting the tone for the night through Japanese-inspired artistry and storytelling.

Guests were then invited to discover a curated Nikkei menu by Chef Ivan, alongside signature cocktails from Pisco Hana, thoughtfully crafted and presented by Bar Manager Nguyen Huu Phu.

From every dish to every cocktail, the evening was a reflection of the harmony between Peru and Japan - bold, expressive, and designed to awaken the senses.

Layered with Monkey 47 Gin and crafted through modern techniques, every sip is a tribute to the evolving flavours of the Mekong - bold, complex, and unmistakably local.

All of this is thoughtfully brought to life by our bartender, Johnnie, through this one remarkable cocktail experience.
