The chapter honored our donated dinner we gave to American Liver Foundation Nashville last year as our donation. A special thank you to Chef Russ Ransom, Chef Meagan Stewart, and Chef RG Conway for joining me in contributing their courses to our fabulous dinner for Jim and Karen and 6 more of their friends! Of course we did an Irish theme dinner with pairings. We are doing the American Liver Foundation Nashville dinner again this year in April and donating another dinner so let me know if your interested in doing a course for the next one! Here are some pics from dinner last night. Everyone had a great time!

Evening Everyone! Ever want to try competing? Our chapter is hosting the Music City Challenge March 26th and 27th. We are doing many categories that could be where your talent is. Also, we are running the mystery basket on Tuesday. We only have a few spots left so sgn up before they are gone! It's our version of Chopped at the ACF level! It was an honor to attend Chef Jack Saulsgiver's memorial services yesterday. Some of the chef members were in attendance to show our respects to this amazing chef and his family. Our thoughts are prayers continue for all involved. We will miss Chef Jack and are so blessed to know you are meeting and greeting in that Holy place in Heaven.
