At Cincin, every new dish begins with a familiar ingredient and a fresh perspective from the kitchen.
This season, we're introducing three new additions to the menu:

• Beef Tartare with crispy taro, wagyu beef, Southern-style beef sauce and fresh herbs.
• Clams with Miso Sauce, where the natural sweetness of clams meets the depth of miso and the freshness of basil.
• Catfish served with grapes, cherry tomatoes and sesame sauce for a balance of richness, sweetness and acidity.
