**THE ITALIAN GRAND TOUR**
*Chapter V of Sir Haflington’s Adventures*

Having carried us through distant lands, perilous voyages and innumerable wonders preserved by Sir Haflington in memory, artefact and flavour, the chronicle of his adventures now opens upon its fifth chapter: **The Italian Grand Tour**.

This time, the journey shall unfold across the Apennine Peninsula, where the remnants of ancient empires, the splendour of the Renaissance, centuries-old customs and the singular character of each region have together formed a wellspring of inspiration that appears inexhaustible. From these encounters, a new collection of flavours has taken shape, continuing The Haflington’s longstanding tradition of recounting each journey through the language of the cocktail.

To mark the official unveiling of this latest chapter at a private reception, The Haflington shall open later than customary, at **19:00 on Sunday, 14 June 2026**.

For this particular evening, we shall have the distinct pleasure of being joined by **Chef Leonardo Fazioli of Mediterraneo**. Drawing upon his profound knowledge of the cuisine of his homeland, Chef Leonardo will prepare a generous selection of dishes that embody the unmistakable spirit of Italy, conceived to accompany The Haflington’s newest creations and complete this voyage through flavour.

When the doors of our Private Museum reopen at 19:00, we look forward to welcoming our guests into the fifth chapter of Sir Haflington’s adventures, where every work of art, every story and every cocktail preserves a fragment of Italy.

The Haflington đang tìm kiếm một cộng sự tỉ mỉ và trách nhiệm để đồng hành cùng chúng tôi trong việc quản trị vận hành và tài chính.

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Nghiệp vụ Kế toán nội bộ (60%)

Quản lý thu - chi: Theo dõi, hạch toán và kiểm soát các chi phí phát sinh hàng ngày.

Quản lý công nợ: Thiết lập và đối chiếu công nợ phải trả với nhà cung cấp.

Quản lý quỹ & kho: Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số dư quỹ tiền mặt định kỳ; thực hiện kiểm kê kho hàng tháng.

Báo cáo: Lập báo cáo tài chính nội bộ (thu chi, lãi lỗ, dòng tiền) theo tháng hoặc theo yêu cầu từ Ban Giám đốc.

Lưu trữ: Sắp xếp, phân loại và bảo quản chứng từ, hóa đơn khoa học, minh bạch.

2. Nghiệp vụ Hành chính - Nhân sự (40%)

Hành chính: Soạn thảo công văn, quyết định, hợp đồng và quản lý hồ sơ hành chính.

Hỗ trợ vận hành: Chuẩn bị phòng họp, tiếp khách và phối hợp tổ chức các sự kiện nội bộ.

Nhân sự: Kiểm soát chấm công, quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự và giải quyết các thủ tục BHXH cho nhân viên.

This brief, three-day hiatus is dedicated to refining our physical space and, most essentially, granting our steadfast team a thoroughly deserved period of rest after a demanding season of service.

Not all labours of an evening are meant to be seen, though, just now, we find ourselves dwelling on them a little longer than usual.

Within the counter, The Haflington’s Curators attend to their craft with a quiet devotion, each measured pour, each gentle stir, repeated night after night with an unspoken pride.
Out in the room, our Butlers move with tireless grace, tending to every guest with a care so natural it feels almost instinctive.

Perhaps it is the season that invites reflection; and so, we offer a gentle note of gratitude to those who carry the night upon their shoulders-steadfast, unseen, and utterly essential to all that we are.

We must confess, the oak and brass of The Haflington are still humming from Saturday night.
When Atsushi Suzuki brought the soul of Shibuya’s renowned The Bellwood to our bar, we expected brilliance.
What we received, however, was pure magic.

With a knowing smile and his signature Cocktail Kaiseki philosophy, Atsushi poured a liquid love letter to Japan.
SHISO, WASABI, HOJI, and GENMAI weren’t merely cocktails; they were fleeting masterpieces of flavor that beautifully blurred the lines between the Meiji era and modern mixology.
To our maestro Atsushi, and to everyone who raised a glass with us: thank you for an utterly spellbinding evening!
