Good news is, the kitchen stays warm: Chef Luca’s signature menu is staying on our tables at GỤ through mid-September while their space undergoes renovations.

Luc, or as we like to call him in Vietnam “Anh Lực”.

As Co-founder of GỤ, Luc is both the warm face greeting you at the door and the person behind the wine in your glass.

His journey from brewer to knowledgeable wine lover took him through vineyards and cellars across France, New Zealand, and Australia, discovering wine from the ground up.

He is our host, the person who keeps the room feeling polished but never too formal.

Not sure what to drink? Just ask Luc.

Two questions are usually all it takes for him to find the right bottle.

Bringing with him a deep understanding of wine and the flavours of Brittany he grew up with, Luc is an essential part of what makes GỤ feel warm, relaxed and complete.

Not every great winery starts with generations of family history.

Clos des Fées started with one man who simply believed Roussillon could produce some of France’s greatest wines.

Hervé Bizeul wasn’t born a winemaker. He was a journalist, a writer, a food lover. In the late 90s, he left that life behind and settled in the tiny village of Vingrau, surrounded by limestone cliffs, wild garrigue and old vines battered by the Tramontane wind.

What began as a few forgotten parcels has become one of the estates that changed the image of Roussillon forever.
Today, Clos des Fées is recognised around the world, but the philosophy hasn’t changed: respect the land, work with exceptional fruit and let the vineyards speak for themselves.

It’s exactly the kind of producer we’re proud to have on our shelves.
