Our residency program invites chefs to step into our wood-fired kitchen for an extended stay: to cook, to create, to exchange ideas with our team, and to share your stories with the city’s diners who are hungry for something real. Whether you are coming back to the land that shaped you or arriving with a new perspective, you will find space here to slow down, reconnect with the ingredients of Central Vietnam, and cook with both memory and imagination.

We believe the best food is born when people feel at home. So come stay with us. Bring your craft, your curiosity, and your appetite. Together we will light the fire, feed the community, and make something delicious that could only happen here.

Chương trình lưu trú của Westwood mời các đầu bếp bước vào căn bếp lửa củi của Westwood và ở lại trong một khoảng thời gian dài: để nấu nướng, sáng tạo, trao đổi ý tưởng cùng đội ngũ, và chia sẻ câu chuyện của chính mình với thực khách của Đà Nẵng–một thành phố đang khao khát những trải nghiệm sáng tạo và chân thật. Dù bạn đang trở về mảnh đất đã hun đúc nên mình, hay đến đây với một góc nhìn hoàn toàn mới, bạn sẽ tìm thấy ở đây khoảng không gian để chậm lại, kết nối lại với nguyên liệu đặc trưng của miền Trung Việt Nam, nấu nướng bằng cả ký ức lẫn trí tưởng tượng.

SIMPLE BEACH — WESTWOOD BROUGHT THE FIRE TO THE BEACH.

Beach. Smoke. BBQ. Cold beers. And one hell of a crowd.

This week, Westwood took the fire out of the kitchen and straight to Simple Beach.

Meat hanging over the flames. Smoke drifting through the palms. Cold beers in hand. Music turned up. People everywhere.

We grilled over open flames, served batch after batch until the grills were nearly empty — then jumped right into the energy of the beach ourselves.

Simply put, Westwood went to the beach and did what we do best — feed people well, keep the drinks flowing and have one hell of a good time.

Orders keep coming in, the fire is burning, knives are moving, and every dish needs to be finished with precision.
