❗We have some exciting news: Fat Toni’s will be moving to HCMC!

It has been 3 years since we set out to create B&B Ideas Group. We left our corporate jobs to open our own business in Vietnam and have since successfully consulted on active hospitality projects in Asia and the Middle East.
We have also successfully created two of our own restaurants in Vietnam, MEZBA and Fat Toni’s, with hopefully many more to come.
One of the main reasons to set up B&B Ideas Group however was not to create only a commercially successful business; our main objective was to create a vessel that enabled us to give back to less fortunate people in an industry that allows individuals to thrive through dedication and hard work.
Our founder Andrew started as a pot-wash when he was only 15. F&B gave him the lucky break and purpose, which made him a well-respected and passionate part of the industry with a career than now spans nearly four decades.

We have now reached our first major milestone in reaching our core goal:
We are opening our F&B Foundation Training Center in Danang in partnership with Sunrise Potential Partners, a local registered social enterprise established in part for training youths on sustainability and environmental protection.

The purpose of this training center is to help orphaned children aged 15 to 18 and disabled adults to gain a foundation in food and beverage. Through kitchen training, service and bar knowledge these individuals will be able to enter the workforce or continue on to higher tourism and hospitality learning to establish a potential career and enable them with the basic skills that otherwise would not be offered to them. We also engage with industry to support the students find a job placement as well as offer scholarships at Da Nang Tourism & Hospitality University.

We expect that classes can begin April 2023 and together with Sunrise we have already established the basic kitchen and service space.

*What we need now is your support*:
We need kitchen equipment, dining and bar equipment, restaurant tables and chairs, training texts and assistance with rolling expenses and expert volunteers to run selected specialist workshops.

We believe that this will only be the beginning and that through our efforts and your support we will grow exponentially in the years to come and thus be able to make a lasting impact on the situation of the less fortunate in our society as well as strong foundation of future employees in our industry.
