2026 Menu - Into The Folds Of Vietnam.
Our cocktail menu is conceived as a living narrative of Vietnam - where history, everyday life and contemporary culture continuously intersect and move. Vietnamese flavours are not treated as a static heritage, but as evolving expressions shaped by people, place and time.
The menu is grounded in locally distilled spirits, paired with modern mixology techniques applied with restraint and balance. For us, technique is a necessary foundation; storytelling, emotion and harmony are the focus. Each cocktail is connected to a specific slice of Vietnam - ranging from historical references and regional cultures to collective memory and movements within contemporary life.
A core value of Bar Đồ Yêu is openness to personal interpretation. Drink descriptions are intentionally concise, inviting conversation and personal interpretation. Here, the bartender acts as both host and storyteller, shaping each experience through dialogue.
The menu does not aim for spectacle. Experimentation, imperfection and growth are embraced as part of the creative process, mirroring how Vietnamese cultural identity continues to evolve. Through cocktails, we invite our guests to experience Vietnam as a living presence-simple, honest and deeply resonant.
