Suốt những ngày qua, W**E, SHAKEN? giữ kín một gương mặt. Hôm nay, người đứng sau bóng hình ấy chính thức bước ra.

Đỗ Phương Thảo là Quán quân Cuộc thi Vang Ý 2024, Top 3 Vietnam's Best Sommelier 2024 và đại diện Việt Nam duy nhất tại Best Young Sommelier Asia 2025.

Năm nay, cô bước vào Vòng Chung kết Vietnam Best Sommelier in Italian W**es 2026, sân chơi quốc gia dành riêng cho vang Ý.

Trước khi đứng trên sân khấu ấy, tối 18.09, cô dành một buổi tối ở Đà Nẵng để mở màn hành trình đầu tiên của W**E, SHAKEN?

Ba chai vang Ý.
Ba chapter.
Mỗi chai, hai ngôn ngữ.

Thảo mở đầu từng chapter bằng hình hài nguyên bản của vang: vùng đất, giống nho, cấu trúc và những tầng hương làm nên bản sắc của nó.

Bạn nếm W**E trước.
Rồi chính chai vang ấy được trao sang tay Heming Trần, để cất lời thêm một lần nữa qua nhịp lắc của chiếc shaker.

Một cuộc đối thoại chỉ thật sự trọn vẹn khi được nếm tận miệng.
Đó là điều làm nên W**E, SHAKEN?

Không phải sáu thức uống phục vụ rời rạc, mà là sáu điểm chạm được sắp đặt theo một trình tự có chủ ý.
Không phải food pairing để lấp khoảng trống giữa các ly, mà là một phần của câu chuyện: đưa các tầng hương đi sâu hơn, rồi khép lại bằng một dư vị ấm và lưu luyến.

Bạn không cần biết nhiều về vang.
Sommelier cho bạn điểm tựa để bắt đầu.

DAIQUIRI BAR IS HONOURED TO WELCOME A VERY SPECIAL SOMMELIER TO W**E, SHAKEN? 🍷

Together with Heming Tran, this sommelier will compose the opening notes of a new chapter for Daiquiri Bar.

From now on, w**e becomes a new character in the creations shaped inside the shaker.

The sommelier behind this silhouette has:

— Won the Official Italian W**e Competition 2024
— Placed in the Top 3 at Vietnam’s Best Sommelier 2024
— Represented Vietnam at Best Young Sommelier Asia 2025

And that is precisely why this dialogue is worth anticipating:

Between one expert who uncovers the identity of w**e through the very land where it was born and another who interprets w**e through the movement of the shaker.

Two experts. Two languages. Interpreting the same w**es together.

That is how W**E, SHAKEN? begins.

W**E represents w**e in its original form—carrying the land, the grape varieties, the passage of time and the identity of each bottle.

SHAKEN represents Daiquiri Bar—the transformation inside the shaker and the creative vision of Heming Tran.

When these two worlds meet, w**e does not disappear inside the shaker. It returns in a new form, while still carrying the soul of the place where it was born.

What will emerge when the depth of w**e in its original form meets the language of cocktails?

On 12 September, the answer will gradually unfold through each chapter of the tasting journey.

For the first time, W**E, SHAKEN? introduces a new way to experience w**e in Da Nang — where w**e leaves its traditional glass and begins a different story.
A sommelier.
A bartender.
Two disciplines, one ingredient, and a new interpretation.

Today, September 2, 2026, marks 81 years since that historic day.

Daiquiri được một vài khách quen gọi vui là nơi trú ẩn — một căn phòng khách nhỏ cho những con người thích tìm tòi, thưởng thức những hương vị ngà say và để câu chuyện tự mở ra theo cách của nó.

Daiquiri chú trọng sự thân mật, với quầy bar gần gũi, những chiếc ghế thoải mái và những góc nhỏ cho mọi tâm trạng. Từng chi tiết nhỏ như ánh đèn vàng, mùi hương, menu, ly tách đều tạo nên cảm giác thân thuộc. Mỗi góc của Daiquiri đều được tạo ra với nhịp điệu riêng của nó, bạn có thể chọn những chiếc ghế nơi bạn muốn tĩnh lặng hay những chiếc sofa rộng hơn để trò chuyện cùng bạn bè.
"Tối nay tâm trạng cuả bạn như thế nào?" – câu hỏi mà mỗi bartender của chúng mình đều dùng để mở đầu cho những trải nghiệm đặc biệt dành riêng cho bạn tại quầy bar.

Daiquiri emphasizes intimacy, with a cozy bar, comfortable seating, and cozy corners for every mood. Every small detail—from the warm lighting and aromas to the menu and glasses—creates a sense of familiarity. Each corner of Daiquiri is designed with its own rhythm; you can choose the quietest seats or the larger sofas for chatting with friends.

Ngôi nhà mới của Daiquiri....

Dù đã mở cửa chào đón bạn hơn một tháng tại một địa chỉ mới, Daiquiri vẫn chưa thật sự chính thức dành một lời giới thiệu trọn vẹn cho ngôi nhà thân yêu này.

Bởi, tụi mình mong muốn mọi điểm chạm được hoàn thiện hơn từ những vị khách đầu tiên ngồi lại bên quầy bar, những cuộc trò chuyện kéo dài hơn dự định, tiếng đá chạm vào thành ly và từng món cocktail được pha chế tỉ mỉ sau từng lần phục vụ khách hàng.

Không gian mới của Daiquiri được xây dựng ấm cúng hơn, gần gũi hơn với mục đích mang mọi người đến gần nhau hơn — gần quầy bar, gần bartender và gần hơn với câu chuyện phía sau mỗi ly cocktail.

Sau hơn một tháng để nơi đây dần tìm thấy nhịp điệu của riêng mình, hôm nay Daiquiri chính thức chia sẻ ngôi nhà mới với bạn.
