SON PACAMARA COFFEE TOUR & WORKSHOP
Mr. Son is an all-about-coffee man in Dalat. He started planting coffee in 2005. But only until 2011, he discovered his passion for coffee and for high quality Arabica in particular.
His plantation, located in North East Dalat, at 1500 masl, is a 4ha farm with around 18,000 Arabica trees (main varietals: Bourbon, Typica, Pacamara and some others …)
Each plant is taken care of by all his effort and heart. Then every October, the ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked and processed on-site for the best freshness and quality.
Not only farmer/producer, he also enjoys roasting and brewing coffee himself. His passion for coffee’s getting huge, transform into his motivation to produce highest quality Arabica in Dalat.

After the tour & workshop you will learn to make Arabica Specialty Coffee from planting, harvesting, fermetation, processing ... to roasting, brewing, tasting ... And each of you will take away 100g of coffee beans roasted by yourself.
