Brew and Breakfast is a plant based casual dining restaurant. There are multiple spaces to eat, work, chill and play our one stop shop is a must visit during your time in Da Lat. We encourage our guests to find their own comfy corner to make their own and our homey vibes and friendly staff will look after all your needs! Our menu is made from ingredients sourced in the luscious surrounding farms of Da Lat, and we buy directly from local farmers where possible. We serve freshly roasted Arabica that is sourced right here in Da Lat and its surrounding areas. Our roastery is located downstairs and is operated by our owners the London Saigon Coffee Company. A plant based diet should not mean compromising on the food you love to eat. It is our mission to invigorate your taste buds with the amazing colours, textures and tastes that plants can bring to your plate. Whether thats a protein packed bowl or a monster hangover burrito! We believe that plant based diet is the future - as meat production becomes increasingly unsustainable and the environmental impact takes its toll on our planet. That is no easy change to make, and for many it can feel like a major disruption to their lives and relationship with food. It is our goal to show that a plant based switch can be a simple and non-political act, but also - a delicious change!
