We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Junior Property Manager to join our St. John villa management team!

This role includes but not limited to:
🏡 Coordinating villa maintenance & upkeep
📋 Working with homeowners, guests & local vendors
🚙 Traveling to properties around the island
💻 Managing communication and daily operations
✨ Helping create amazing guest experiences

We’re searching for someone who:
✔️ Has strong attention to detail
✔️ Communicates professionally
✔️ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Can multitask and stay organized
✔️ Works well independently and with a team

Work week
Rotating day and Sundays off.
The office is open Monday - Saturday

📌 Applicants must currently live on St. John or already be in the process of relocating to St. John. Please note that relocation expenses are not provided.
Full-time position • Salary & Benefits • Transportation Required
