June is looking full of creativity, science, and fun at The Family Room!
We’re also excited to share that starting the first week of June, our space will be getting a little bit bigger! 🎉 Keep an eye out for updates, changes, and all the new possibilities that come with the expansion. (If you have been needing a space to teach, now is your time!)
🧸 Toddler Tuesday is continuing every Tuesday from 9–11 AM! This is the perfect time for children under 5 to come enjoy the space with other little ones their age. A calm, welcoming morning just for the younger crowd to explore, play, and connect.
✨ Every Tuesday from 3–4 PM we’ll have Open Painting & Play-Doh Creating in the back workshop room! This is a free, low-key creative time for anyone with a day pass or membership. We’ll have plenty of supplies set out for kids to paint, squish, build, and create at their own pace.
🧪 NEW in June: Science Lab Junior! Perfect for little hands ages 3–5. We’ll be doing one hour of simple, hands-on mini science experiments in the back workshop room from 11 AM–12 PM.

🧵 We’ll also have a 3-Day Sewing Camp! June 15, 16, & 17 • 3:30–5:30 PM
This camp is perfect for brand new sewers who want to learn the basics and build confidence using a sewing machine while creating beginner-friendly projects along the way.
🍔 Plus, a special one-day sewing workshop on June 24 from 3–4:30 PM! Participants will make their very own cheeseburger plushie — no sewing experience needed!
