At Silver Trident Winery, we believe exceptional wine should be approachable, and pairings should be both thoughtful and joyful. That’s why we’ve crafted four distinctive offerings that blend familiarity with finesse:

Pizza Pairings – An elevated twist on wine and pizza / $95 per tasting

Potato Chip Extravaganza – Casual indulgence, elegantly paired / $65 per tasting

Puppy Pairings - for the pups with a purchase of a human tasting 😉 / $20 per pup

Flight of Five - enjoy the wines that started it all, our entire current release line up / $50 per person

We are thrilled to work with Chef Clinton from to craft our Pizza Pairings experience..here is the summer line up 🍷🍕
🍷Apollo’s Folly Rosé
🍕Pizza: Crushed cherry tomatoes with burrata, basil, and Calabrian chilies.
🍷Symphony No. 9 Sauvignon Blanc
🍕Pizza: Garlic-brined summer squash with house-made goat cheese ricotta and chervil.
🍷The Benevolent Dictator Pinot Noir
🍕Pizza: Oak wood fire roasted eggplant with king trumpet mushrooms, oregano, and sumac.
🍷Playing with Fire Proprietary Red Blend
🍕Pizza: Moroccan sausage with nasturtium leaf pesto.
